Question Keynote legends: how can I keep them under control?

In an ideal world, I would put the keynote legend on a sheet, and it would only display the keynotes on that sheet. It also would keep the same number on every sheet. So 2" insulation would have the same number 17 on every sheet. Any thoughts on how to achieve this?

On a large project, having every keynote for the entire project on one sheet is not feasable. But also having the keynote numbers change Between sheets is also not what we want.

This is one of those instances where using the Help menu in Revit would have helped you out.

I've attached a screen shot which should help answer your question:
