Default Linked file on workset unloads after "save to central"

I am working on a local copy of a "host" file posted to our company shared drive. I have three arch models linked into the host file, each is assigned a seperate workset.

When I opened my local copy, the 3 linked files did not show. The respective worksets are and in the "manage links" window, they are unloaded. After reloading the links and working for awhile, I used my "save to central" action and the links unloaded themselves.

    Any suggestions?

Are other people also working in the model at the same time?

If so, you should all load and unload using the WORKSETS, instead of the Manage Links dialogue. If you do it in the Manage Links dialogue, you will continue to play tug of war with one another, loading and unloading the Links.
