Looks like your rooms exist but may not be actually "placed" in the model.
If you create a room and then later delete it in a model view, Revit doesn't fully delete the room. It removes it from the model, but the room name and number stay available in a list of "unplaced" rooms. Those rooms will show up in your schedule unless you filter them out or delete them in the schedule view.
To see rooms that are "unplaced":
In your schedule edit view (the image you posted) there are 3 buttons next to each other on the toolbar -- SHOW, HIDE, and ISOLATE. SHOW will list all rooms in the project, whether placed in the model or not. HIDE will only list room that are placed in the model. ISOLATE will give you a list of all rooms that were created, but are not placed anywhere in the model. If you desire, you can select all of the rooms in this ISOLATE list and click the delete button on the toolbar. This completely deletes the room from the project.
Hopefully that solves your problem. If not, you might consider uploading your .rvt file for all of us to take a look at.
