Default Sheet set file won't delete

I moved the sheet set to a new folder but the sheet set file moved but cannot be erased from the original location on the server, no one is accessing it so I can delete it but it reappears after a second, I can't rename it because it reappears again as a new sheet set.

Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone know a fix?

Have you made sure that everyone that has accessed it completely shutdown AutoCAD? AutoCAD seems to hold onto the file even if the sheetset has been closed.

That was the deal, boss man was holding onto the file, he shut his CAD off and now it's gone, thanks. I tried to check his machine before but he was behind closed doors.
