What material are you using for your Structural Metal Deck?

I would like some sort of fluting shown but everything I try looks kind of like an optical illusion, and also the flute material doesn't rotate when you rotate the span direction symbol. I know I can do this by appling a surface pattern and then rotating that.. but that can wind up being way more work than its worth.
