    Default Filled Region & Starting point

    Is there a way to specify a starting point/ location for a Filled Region?
    I am looking to use the Filled Region to do some quick floor pattern layout and elevations but can't seem to get the starting point of the Filled Region to work as I want.
    Any information on this would be great.

    It sounds like you are using a drafting pattern for the filled region. You need to use a model pattern to do what you are asking.
