Default Symbol for a Fitting Single Line Visibility

A common synbol for an elbow is an arc with perpendicular ends representing connections. When the fitting is used in a different plane the display is now a single line no perpendicular ends. The lines Model and Symbolic are plane hosted, so another line for different view can be done with a visibility setting on the non-moving end of a parametric fitting. What about the moving end. Anyone have a suggestion. How has this been worked around?
