Viewport title

Is it possible to left align the title on a viewport?

Can a viewport title be customize or is it the same deal as Elevation tags( your stuck with it)

i am placing details on a sheet starting at the bottom left and it would be great if we can have the title match the layout.

Ok i was able to make a view title from the template provided in revit, however is there a way to have it appear at the right of the viewport
