Unhappy Exporting Revit MEP to Navisworks

I am having these problems in exporting Revit MEP to Navisworks regarding the units and size of a Pipe. In Revit MEP the pipe size is 100mm diameter with an outer diameter of 101.6mm, when I export it in Navisworks the outer diameter turns to 0.33. Anyone knows how resolve this issue.

Settings I've done before exporting to NAvisworks.
Set units to Meter in Revit

Navisworks settings (Navisworks exporter in Revit MEP)
    File readers = Revit
    World Units = Meters

So if it's all in meters the size should be .1016 and not .33.

I need help on this issue.

What version of NW are you using? If 2010, Service Pack 1 has a fix for Revit exports in mm not converting properly.

You can access the link here.

Yup, I've just installed the service Pack 1, when I try to export it and open it to naviswork, the NWC file unit is set to feet eventhough I've set it to Meters. The good thing is when i measure the pipe using the measure tools in Navis, I can get the right measurement but the bad thing is the properties of the element like outer diameter is set to feet. My objective is to create a smart tag of each elements showing the properties like inside, outside diameter of a pipe, etc... If the properties is not set to the right units, it might create a confusion to the viewer.

    thanks for the help amixam
