Dimension with the word "ALIGN" only

Is there a way to automatically indicate two faces of the wall "align" ?

Like in AutoCAD, 2 arrows pointing to the 2 faces of the wall with the word "align" in between?

You can use dimensions for this in Revit too - Place the dimension as required, double click on the text/length, and replace dimension with the text "Align"

That's a good idea. But what about when those 2 walls are horizontal and next to each other? Does it still work? Can I change the dimension lines into arrows?

Use a Text object with a 2 segment leader to create the word ALIGN and the first leader. Click on the text object again and you will have the option to "add leader". Use that to create the second leader and arrow.

Cool. It worked, thank you very much for the suggestion.

I think it would be nice if this can function like the spot elevation. If the slab is deleted, the spot elevation of the deleted slab will disappear. If I shift the horizontal wall north and south, it would be nice if this notation disappear to indicate that it's not aligned anymore.
