Default Generic Annotation Families - Line styles & weights

I have a created several Generic Annotation families for my Oneline/Riser. I have changed my line weight and line style in the family. It looks/prints out the way I want it in the family but when I load and place the entities on my drawing sheet, the line style & weight does not carry over the attributes I set to it in the family. What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried changing the Object Style for those elements in the project?
