How to enter Degrees Minutes Seconds?

Instead of entering rotation degrees in decimal, is it possible to enter rotations in degrees minutes and seconds? If so, what are the special characters for these entries?

Go to settings / units and change degrees to minutes / seconds.

When rotating an object, say 10° 10' 10" , select the object and type in 10 10 10.

Hi Andrew,

I am using 6.1 and in the project units, the units for Angle is grey out and cannot be changed. Are you referring to another setting somewhere?
