Default Converting Revit splines to AutoCAD splines

    Hi,

I recently converted a 3D form based on a spline from Revit 2009 to AutoCAD so someone using AutoCAD could use it.

However, the curve of the spline became dramatically altered during the conversion.

Have others encountered this problem, and is there a work-around? I've been searching the threads and it sounds like most of the issues have been centered around converting from the other direction.

The attached files illustrate the problem.

    Thanks,
    Derek

Try selecting the spline in Revit and add CONTROL POINTS to the spline from the EDIT SPLINE PANEL in the CONTEXTUAL TAB.

You may need to add a few control points to get Autocad to read the spline the same as Revit............
