Closet shelf and rod

I downloaded the closet shelf and rod from RUGI and was wondering how I could get them to show in my floor plans without changing the cut plane height? I have read posts saying to add an invisible line to the family and I have done that to no avail. So am I just not doing it right or what?

Do you have the family category turned off, mine show up fine.

I think that what you are going to need to do is to draw the plan representation symbol you want to appear in your floorplans in the family editor while editing the closet shelf and rod family. Use symbolic lines to draw the plan representation. Then go into the visibility settings of the actual geometry of the shelf and rod and turn off the option to show in plan/RCP.

Please disregard my message as I was not using my head and have since found the error in my ways. I accidently put the closet shelf and rod above the cut plan literally. By going to a section view I was able to see my shelf was about 2ft above the top of my wall. DUH! ops:
