    Default Circuiting and Creating Circuts

Ok so this is a 2 part question.
Firstly my company has signed up to a design content library which has a whole bunch of families ect. already made. So i have imported these to do my modelling after i edited them to look as per my companies standards. this all works fine, until i try to make them a power circuit. i can link these outlets up, but when i try to add them to a panel i get this error.
"Cannot assign or add 100 A, 120 V/208 V, Three Phase, 4 Wires, Wye to Circuit. The Voltage (250 V) for the Circuit is out of range for the Line to Ground Voltage for 100 A, 120 V/208 V, Three Phase, 4 Wires, Wye (The Line to Ground Voltage is specified in the assigned Distribution System)."

I went back and tried a generic starter socket which came with revit and it worked fine. So i tried to add one of the outlets i made to this circuit and get the error "Cannot add Single - Standard Size - Horz. Mount to Circuit. The Number of Poles for Single - Standard Size - Horz. Mount does not match the Number of Poles (3) for the Circuit."

are these blocks missing some parameters that i need to add in, in order to be able to circuit these up?

Second question after circuiting up the outlets revit automatically wired them as per the left image on the picture i have attached. But i need the circuiting to appear as per the image on the right (which i have just drawn myself but it isn’t actually linking the outlets in a circuit, which I don’t know if this will cause an issue down the track?)

    For question 1...

While you're editing the receptacle family, go under "Types" and define the voltage level(Use L-N values i.e. 120V or 277V, etc.). Then once you load the family into your project, you have to make sure the panel you are trying to circuit it to shares the same voltage level and that you choose a distribution system for it. It seems you are trying to connect a 250V circuit to a 120/208V distribution system. Check to make sure all your parameters match.

For question #2, use the "chamfered" option for wires when connecting devices on a circuit.
