Default BLOCK ATTRIBUTES: Stack Fractions and Background Mask (2009+)!!!

Did you ever want your block attributes to have Background Masking and/or be able to stack fractions?

In AutoCAD 2009 (and maybe even 2008 ) and up, simply set the attribute to have Multilines, which uses MText, it will then be able to have background masking and fraction stacking.

    Enjoy!

One more additional tip.... There is a system variable called ATTIPE (ATTribute InPlace Editor) controls the display of the in-place editor used to create multiline attributes.

0 - Displays a limited in-place editor that includes only a few formatting options
1 - Displays the full in-place editor with all formatting options

    I have a better way.

    1) Create a text and add text mask to the text.
    2) Use the attached lisp routine to convert the text to an attribute.
(Tip: Make sure that your wipeout frames are turned on).
    3) Go through the usual steps in creating blocks.

First thing, I couldn't get the routine to work. When I try to select my text, the routine says "No text Selected" (I also tried using MText)

Second, using a multiline attribute, which again, uses MText, would still be better because the background masking is automatically dynamic within MText whereas the wipeout frame is not.

And third, as I mentioned, with the multiline attribute that uses MText, you can also stack fractions unlike a traditional attribute.
