Extrude on Ellipse Path

Trying to create a 3d model using a profile that I want to extrude on an ellipitical path.

I have attached as an example.

I use mechanical, but only open the vanilla part. 2010

I don't think acad can handle the proportions of the section versus the small rads of the ellipse.
I can make it just slightly large but the section reverses so that the narrow end is outward and I can make it about right if I cut off the ends of the ellipse. (All done using the largest ellipse and the outermost section.)
