Default Raster problem with Osnap on/off shortcut

I've recently installed Raster Design and have noticed that the CTRL+F3 shortcut no longer toggles Osnap on/off. Now when I use this shortcut in Autocad the raster splash screen is displayed (the first time) and it toggles raster snap on/off. Any advise on this issue would be much appreciated.

In Standard AutoCAD the shortcut for osnap is F3 alone, the Ctrl & F3 is only for Raster snaps. If you reassigned Ctrl & F3 for osnap then Raster design will override it.

Oh right I see. I've always had CTRL+F3 mapped to one of my mouse buttons for Osnap on/off, which worked fine until I installed Raster, hence my confusion. Thanks very much for pointing me in the right direction, it was driving me mad trying to figure out what the problem was.
