Ribbon Icons

Im trying to get standards set up for ACA 2010 that match our ACAD 2010 standards and I keep losing my ribbon icons...they turn the the cloud/question mark every time I switch workspaces and/or profiles. Ive checked all my pathing and it is identical from one profile to another. Anyone else experience this or have a fix?

Are these standard ACA icons or custom ones?

The only problems I have seen is if you move away from the default regional customisation file path (CUIX location) there is quite often a .dll file in the same location as the cui/cuix file this dll contains a lot of the Autodesk icon files and if it is not present in the same location as the cui file many icons revert back to the ? symbol.

For instance if your main customisation fil path is C:\Documents and Settings\GDaniels\Application Data\Autodesk\ACA 2010\enu\Support\aca_uk.cuix then you also need aca_uk.dll in the same location otherwise some of the icons can go missing.

Doesnt really sound like the same problem as yours in this case as this would not be a workspace specific problem, but maybe worth looking into.
