Arch Link New level Added

When I c/m the new Arch level and make a plan view from it, why does the new level appear in only one discipline category. We have a combined M E P 2010 project. Should someone from each discipline create their own level? but that doesn't make sense. thanks

The level doesn't apppear or disappear in a discipline category. The level exists in the project. The project also contains views. The Discipline parameter is a View property. If you want three floor plans for any particular level, then you have to create three floor plan views for that level. You can then assign the Discipline parameter for each of the views whatever value is appropriate.

I was getting hung up on thinking that the level should appear in all disciples with the same name. Revit does not like that when there are multi-disciplines. They each get their own unique name but reference the same level. thanks again
