    Default Pipe 'Not well Connected'

    Hi there

A newbie here and trying to get to grips with Revit MEP.. I am trying to carry out a relatively simple heating system. Eight radiators and a boiler, nothing fancy. I have assigned all the connectors into groups- the vent connection on the radiators threw me for a while , anyway ... when I click the oil boiler- Analyse- Pipe system- I get the error saying that it is 'Not well Connected'..This is for all the connections I have made. I tried makeing the connections manually and by using the 'connect into' option however it is the same result.

I thought it may be something to do with my 'flow' and 'return' being mixed up so deleted all my connections to the main branches. still the same... I eventuall resorted to deleting all my work and working with two radiators and the boiler.. still the same...

My production for today was zero.. anybody got any pointers please.. getiing a bit fustrated i must say.

    Donnie

This could be a million different things...getting the piping systems to calculate is still baffling to me. Usually you can get the flow to calculate properly though...if the flow isn't calculating then you can setup a legend to see what parts of the pipe are your problem and try to fix them. If the piping isn't an issue it's probably a connector issue. Are you using all OOTB content?
