    Question Truss Visibility Issues

I am having some trouble with the visibility of my truss family in plan view. I have my Top set to offset 8'-0" Finished Floor Level. I have my Cut Plane set offset to 8'-0" from Finished Floor, Bottom offset -1'-0" from Finished Floor. My View depth is set to offset -1'-0" from Finished Floor. Why is my truss that is 26''-0" above finished floor showing up in plan with my view range set the way I have it?????? See attached files . . . . . . .

Not too sure why it's displaying in this view, however it's pretty easy to hide off.
In your VG (visibility graphics) settings, scroll down the bottom of the list to "structural trusses" and just untick the box and they wont display in that view.

Check the level that the truss is referenced to.

Yeah, I can do that, but my issue is that my model is being linked into the MEP & Arch models, and it will be something that they will have to deal with as well.

The truss is referencing the Roof Level (126'-0").

I would check the location of the analytical lines for your truss. Maybe??? Or check the referenced level for the partical elements Top chords, bottom chords ect.. through the tab key.

probably be good to see the view properties too.
sometimes slab will show up when the view range is obviously missing them.
but i havent seen this with trusses.
we usually have problems with trusses not showing up in plans.
