We are in the process of creating formed up views of parts (mostly in solidworks or other programs, but have some in AutoCAD we need to process quickly and dont have the time to redraw...)
In taking a flat layout in autocad, throw it into an isometric view, and using the 3d OP/Rotate 3D and 'folding' one end up...i can get the view how i want it, but dimensioning isn't cooperating. I can dimension the horizontal dimensions fine, but when i try to dimension vertical, it just stays stuck on the horizontal and gives me a 0.000 dimension...i have tried the F5 flip for isoplanes and my crosshairs also dont seem to be flipping...
Im not a big autocad 3d user so, this is new and Im sure im missing something simple...any and all help will be greatly appreciated...thank you!
