    Default Installation

    Hello

I used the download manager and ran the file (this only installed Acad and the structural detailing, I didn't realise I had to download another file for Revit)

However, Acad didn't migrate my settings, did this happen to anyone else, also the new features workshop is greyed out and cant be used and the help menu doesn't work.

Is this common? I am thinking of unistalling, re downloading and doing again. A repair didn't work.

The Structural detailing is new to me too, this wasn't attached to last years one was it?

Although We have the Revit Strucure Suite we/I still only use Autocad. Hoping to get onto Revit eventually but unless I could use it every day I dont' really see much point.

Waffling a bit now, just curious about the migration really.

Well I migrated it all myself using the CUI dialogue box, still no help or new features available though. :/

My link to the help (question mark) is still broken, is this the same for anyone else? I might have to submit a support request.

Can you open help with the F1 key? Do you have a path listed in your Support File Search Path (found in Options) to the program's help folder?

It is typically placed in the help subfolder of the program's installation directory.

    Try "C:\Program Files\AutoCAD 2011\Help"

It's looking for an HTML file, and there are loads in there.
