I'm purchased a crossgrade from a previous version of AutoCAD to Revit Structure Suite 2010 last year and I'm on subscription to receive Revit Structure Suite 2011 sometime in the near future. My 2010 suite had Revit Structure 2010, AutoCAD Structural Detailing 2010 and AutoCAD 2010. When I saw that Revit Structure Suite 2011 was being released and clicked on product information the only two programs listed are Revit Structure 2011 and AutoCAD Structural Detailing 2011. Autodesk support claims that in 2010 they decided to just have Revit Structure and ASD in the suite of software and I'm thoroughly ****** off at Autodesk for duping me into buying this software suite in lieu of just upgrading AutoCAD. My primary software is AutoCAD. I only wanted Revit Structure as well in order to learn it in case I ever was asked to use it on a project.
Has anyone received or downloaded Revit Structure Suite 2011 and, if so, is there an option to load AutoCAD 2011 as a separate installation from the ASD 2011 disc? I haven't read anyone else complaining about this which makes me wonder.
