    Default Round-tripping mark-ups

I think I understand the gist of the round-trip process for using mark-ups with Design Review, but there is one part thats a little fuzzy. In the paper/hard-copy process a check print is visually checked against the marked up print, with the mark-ups being yellowed off as they are confirmed as being done. I'm not seeing an equivalent to this in Design Review, is there something like replicating the mark-ups from the pre-mod DWF to the post-mod DWF?

We use the Republish feature to print out the updated sheets into a new DWF file. This file contains all the markups with the updated background. All the markup status are changed to "For Review". The checker then changes the status to "Done". The old DWF is still available for the checker to reference what it was before the changes.

Thanks, I'll have to give that a try with 2011. I had problems publishing to DWF in AutoCAD 2008 - it just gave me a small corner of the drawing.

You can setup a page setup using the "DWFx ePlot (XPS Compatible).pc3" and get things perfect.
