Does anyone know how to kill the help window? Every time CAD2010 opens up, the help window opens as well. I am unable to find anything to disable this from happening. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are you loading any custom routines at startup?
A blank line (especially at the beginning) will activate Help - just like hitting return immediately after startup. A trailing space in the windows shortcut for acad could have the same effect.
