Multiple column family

I need to create a family that has WF Columns with smaller WF Columns welded to the web. How can I define parameters for 3 different column sizes in the same family?

I haven't tried this so beware, but what I think you want to do is nest them into one family then have set up a "family type" parameter that you can schedule. You could also set them up as shared if you want to schedule them individually.
