No, the typical EULA allows installing on two computers, provided that both computers are owned by the licensee (company). Intent was to allow a desktop and laptop to use the same license in the office or on the road.
Subscription does have a Home Use provision, but I've never seen any corporate it group that would allow it. The terms basically make the company (license holder) responsible in total, even after the employee has been terminated. Since there's no legal way the company can go into the ex-employee's home and uninstall the application, (and locate all his image backups....) it's impossible for the company to not assume massive liability and risk by permitting home use under the subscription terms.
IANAL, so that's just my dos centavos
In the EULA, read Section 2.2, the subsection of 2.2 that pertains to your licensing type, and section 3.1.2.
If you are on subscription, the T&C of such allow for home use (more info: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet...3112&id=630316 )
