    Cool Painting "Existing" Phase Walls

We noticed that on walls we placed on the "existing" phase that we are unable to paint (or change the material shading color) but we are able to apply patterns (even patterns which are a solid color).

Is there a setting I am missing which I could toggle which would allow me to apply a patter and a different color to walls on the existing phase?

    Thanks
    Ben

Thanks for looking into it for me.

I wonder why it is not working when I do it? If you happen to think of a setting which might be controlling our ability to do it, let me know.

We have our phase graphic filters set up to override an existing element's cut pattern color to a gray color. You can also override it to apply a solid cut fill pattern, or not override cut pattern.
