I can't quite make out what you're trying to do. It's late! lol

You can go to you elevation, select the wall, and select "edit profile" and do it manually. If the roof passes over the wall, you can select the wall and choos "attach top/base". Make sure top is selected and then select the roof.

After looking at it again, do you want to extend the wall or cut it down? It looks like you want the roof to stay at the current slope, it's just not clipping the wall yet. Go to you plan view, select the roof and edit it. While in sketch mode, make the sketch follow the curved wall. Then accept the change. The roof will now go over the wall and you can use the attach top to attach the wall to the roof.

Just draw the exact same facade wall, back through the building, in plan. Then select the wall, in the ribbon hit "Attach Top/Base," select Base, and click the roof.
