If you deselect ( but leaving multiples checked) the printing would run as expected.
Not in my case.. I can start with a clean boot, load the file, print from a saved list and it still happens 99% of the time.

I have had this issue on 5 different computers with 3 different versions of REVIT Arch using both CutePDF & a few different versions of Adobe.

Just an update: I am using Revit 2012 MEP and Adobe PDF. I get caught in the print loop every time when printing multiple sheets to a combined pdf.

I saw this post and wanted to post my problem aswell, I using Autodesk Revit 2013 - Design Suite Premium and have 23 pages. it was working just fine Combine multiple selected views/sheets into a single file, but then about last week it started to get stuck in the plot loop. Has anyone figured out what is going on. I manual select sheets to plot under Print Range/ Selected views/sheets. I am using Adobe Acrobat X standard.

Never mind i found another forum that had a solution to this problem. Just have to make sure you you open any printable view and click anywhere inside that view to make it active prior to printing and the loop goes away
