Pre-cast concrete hatch

Does anyone have a precast concrete hatch they can share with me, or ideas on how to create one?? In NZ the standard is too show 'full-width' circles (refer attached). In autocad I did this using block insert definations into the .pat file, but this doesnt work for revit...any ideas?

hey mate,
here in Australia working on a project with Precast, I just show it as concrete, if you need ,just note it as precast... that's what I would do anyway...
other than that you should import your pat hatch when creating a new field region hatch in Revit

yeah...but I really like showing them differently, like other hatches it helps the understanding of a section/ plan/ detail

I cant seem to import the hatch pattern, since it has a block definition init which revit doesnt understand

just made some,
when you create field region go to region properties and under drafting creat a new one choose custom and import your .pat file, you will need to play with the scale...
