    Default Callout line pattern/style

    Hi,

Both Revit 6.1 and Revit 7.0 (build 20041113_2030) have a Help topic called "Creating the Callout View". It shows a screen capture of a callout bubble with a dot-dash line pattern, with a solid line leading to the callout head/tag.

However when using the callout tool in both these versions of Revit, the callout bubble's line pattern is solid (continuous). Is there any way of specifying the callout bubble's line pattern/style? i.e the line pattern for the box with rounded corners, not the callout head.

    Cheers,
    Jason.

Go to Settings> Object Styles. You can change the Callout Boundary line pattern in the Annotation Objects tab.

Problem resolved, the method is obvious now. Thanks.
