    Default Sheet Set

    Hi Guys,

Im preparing a sheetset for our project, i am inserting my new title block and its dwt file as well on sheet set properties. Since the title block is not generated as an xref on sheet set manager, is there any instance that i can change the title block (revision) at one time like how the xref is generated?

    Thanks

Why not just xref your border and title block in as before?

We decided to use sheet set rather than xref so that every time we add one sheet its automatically have its own title block and its attributes filled to its corresponding fields.

But there is no reason you can't continue to use a reference file for the border/title block.
We do it here every day.

The template drawing contains text or mtext with fields linked to SSM, and a reference file for the border/title block.

If you DON'T do it like this, then how would you make a change to 120 sheets when the title block changes?

I have to agree with R.K. There is no reason you cannot use an XRef for the titleblock along with the sheet set manager to populate the other objects displaying the SSM fields.
