Default Remove all constraints in AutoCAD 2011

Is there a way to remove all constraints? I create a drawing and started using constraints. I probably have between 40 to 75 constraints in the drawing. I have tried to right click on each constraint and select delete but they still appear for a second when a view port regens it's view then they vanish. This leads me to believe that they are not completely removed.

I tried saving as older versions (even back to R14 dwg) but they still appear when I reopen the file. I can try to save as V12 dxf but I will loose my xrefs, annotation, dynamic blocks, etc...

I would think that it would be my computer but it is a new system. I am using Windows 7 64bit operating system on a quad core Xeon W3530 2.80GHz with 8GB Ram and a 1GB ATI FirePro V4800 (AutoCAD recommended video card). It is not the best, but not too bad of a system. I think that I just over did it with the constraints.
