    Default install acad 2011 mech

    Hello,
    Is it possible to install acad mechanical as a plain jane autocad version without the mechanical bells & whistles?

    No, but it is possible to use a profile that makes it act as vanilla AutoCAD. Usually there is an option in the deployment/setup that allows you to add a desktop shortcut to launch such a profile.
