How did you get the radiosity in option 2?
Are all of your materials image based?
If not, where you used generic materials with a colour in the diffuse channel, how did you find the preview colour compared to the rendered result?
Did you do any tricks to make it turn out.
OH, I suppose I should ask, did you render from Revit's MR?
... and you should really talk them out of option 2.
I like option 1. It would be a shame to renovate but end up with the same thing, just 30 ft. over there.
I've used generic materials thats standard in Revit. I think I used the paint material and the changed the colour. Ive modelled the sheeting to the exact profile it is, thats why it seems like there is a texture on the walls. Just used photoshop to everlay the render on the actual photo, otherwise its all rendered in revit 2011
