Title Block Project Label Information

I have created a new title block family file with project parameters. But the text on sheet for 'Project Name', 'Project Address' can be edited differently on different sheets.
Is there a way to lock the project information on the sheets so they can only be edited from the rfa file.
Reloading the rfa file on the changed sheet does not bring back the original information to match the rfa file. Once a project information on a sheet has been changed is there a way to restore the default text for the parameters.

Did you create those parameters? Or you chose them from the list of available parameters? Did you start your titleblock using the default Revit's titleblocks?

Yes, using simple text, but in that case you would need to have one titleblock family for each one of your projects, which is not very 'Revit'.

All the information is supposed to be entered and updated in the project, not in the family file. The family just contains the labels, the information is in the project.
