Some call it the Daniel Libeskind style; extremely faceted geometry. While the geometry looks quite complex, it's not that difficult to create it if you use sud-d surface modeling tools. But slicing the faces, adding and pulling vertices, you can pretty much achieve any desired shape.
There is no doubt that Revit can create these shapes, but it could take a very long time to get their. The question is, how to get their under 3 minutes without using sub-d tools.
