Default Is Windows the problem 7?

We have created a central file for our Revit MEP 2011 and continue to receive a "Failed to open document" when trying to save to Central, this happens with the 64bit win 7 users but when I had other users who are not on win 7 try it the file saves to central with no errors???

    Anyone else experiencing(ed) this?

We do have 2010 Arch files linked in but I've had 09 files linked into 10 models before with no problems but we were not on win 7 yet then either.

Is the central file saved onto a mapped drive? If so then I would suggest you recreate you local file by not going through the mapped drive but through the network. I have a client that had the same issue and this was the problem.
