Error 1606 Autodesk Raster Design 2011 when installing

Do anybody have a solution for this,

"Error 1606. Could not access network location Autodesk\ARD2011\R18.1\enu\"

during installation of Autodesk Raster Design 2011.

I have already check my user profile and that is oke.

We haven't received our packages yet, so I can't be of specific help. I do know that when I loaded 2010, I had to uninstall 2009.

You might be able to do a "repair" from the disk. If that doesn't work, you might try to uninstall & reinstall the 2011 version. If that doesn't work, you may have to uninstall previous versions & reinstall as a last resort.

Are you installing from the DVD or d/l?
If from the dvd copy the files to the hard drive and try that.
I used the d/l files with no problems 2 -3 times
