Help With Contour Labeling Elevation Precision

We are using the contour labeling tool to label contours on our new grading surface.
The tool is nice but the contour label precision is xxx.xx and we label contours xxx.

I cannot find in the Prospector>Surface>Label Styles>Contour>Proposed Major Labels & Proposed Minor Labels, etc to change the elevation label to even foot.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Prospector>Surface>Lable Styles>Contour>Proposed Major Labels, etc
Layout Tab>Text>Contents>Select ...>Precision>1
However, it is very hard to get these to change from .01 to 1. You have to hilight the text in the preview panel and then change precision....

Yeah that had me trippen the first time i trying changing the lable styles too. lol
