Default How to get survey data out of Civil 3D

How do you get any survey data out of Cvil 3D so that my crews can stake it? I don't want to set points along CL or anything. In LDD we could export the vertical and horizontal alignments and import them into TGO. Is this no longer possible? I have wasted 3 days trying to get my field crews data out of a design that I have created. My crews just want the cl data and vertical data for their road files. Can anyone please help me? I am beginning to think this was a huge mistake using Civil 3D for anyhting. Now I know why there are offices that don't use it for production and just use it for pretty pictures and to play around with.

If you are using Trimble equipment, download and install Trimble Link from Trimble's website. (Although this exports RXL files starting with C3D 2009, so if you are on C3D 2009 or later and you are using Survey Controller, you must be on Survey Controller v11.3 or later, or you can't use the RXL files.)
