Autodesk resellers/support

Can anyone give me any feedback on Microdesk for Autodesk support.

We currently have ImaginIT (which recently acquired Avantech) but Microdesk's proposal is pretty tempting.

I worked with them 5 or 6 years ago, dunno if the same people are still there, but at that time, had a good relationship and responsive support. Big enough to handle anything we needed, but small enough to care a lot.

While they've never been my reseller, I've heard good things about Microdesk and few, if any, bad comments. They are not a bad alternative.
