Default Locking Floor edge to beam edge

I've locked a floor edge to a UB beam edge while in the sketch mode of the floor, so if the beam size changes, the floor edge will go with it. This works if I change the size to another UB section size, but if I change it to a UC section size working as a beam, it screws the edge up. Is there any way I can fix this?

    Thanks.

you could try locking a ref plane to the original bm. and then lock the floor to the ref plane.

    Its a suggestion I guess.
