What happens when you type PLOT ?
If it works correctly the problem is probably in the menu (CUI) file under Keyboard Shortcuts.

Is there an error message?

the message is "plot command cannot be read".
Perhaps the command has been undefined, *IF* that is the case, try the ._redefine command?

I can't remember which cured this for me it was either a corrupt workspace or damaged CUI file I would try creating a new workspace first then copying a working CUI file.

Some Days it's not even worth chewing through the restraints.
now the interesting question, since that tip worked, is _WHY_ the command had been undefined? somebody playing games, or is there a customization routine that's supposed to replace the plot command and do something in addition to plotting?
