Bad analytical model?

I have no idea why the one of the braces look like this?

Also I have noticed that the analytical model of the beams is going through top of them,
So analytical model of bracing will attach to the top of beams? Is that ok?!

If you want to, you can change the position of the analytical system of the beam to the center manually in the element properties.

Look at the brace going from lower left to upper right, Its analytical model is not going through the center of element.

The analytical model doesn't always pass through the center of an element.

What package and what analysis are you doing on the bracing?

The analytical model of the beam is not passing through its center which will move the brace analytical lines. Also by the looks of it you braces seem to have different elements they are connected too. Check the parameters. It can connect to the beam or the column. To change the connection drag the blue control away and then drag it back and be watchful as to what you snap to.

Thanks everyone for the help,
I am not going to use this file for analysis, I just want to learn the correct way of modeling objects in Revit.
I redrew the braces and tried to attach them to the end of the beam. As you can see in the screenshots, analytical model of both braces looks the same now. They don't pass through the center of the braces in fact they tend to be attached to the intersection of analytical model of column and the beam.
Do you think this model is correct?

It doubt it matters as long as the nodes line up.

Some of the projects we do the bracing will be factored in another way and therefore the modelling of the analytical of the brace is irrelevant.

I think it really comes down to the engineer your work with, the software they use and the way they use that software determines how we apply our analytical models.

In most cases a copy of the current project is made and prepped for the engineers to use.
