The mouse wheel "pan" function lost after moved to a new machine.
I have checked the "options", "cui" and "mouse" in the control panel but found nothing to do with.

Make sure your mouse wheel is assigned to "middle button" in the control panel (it's not by default if you're using Microsoft Intellipoint or Logitech SetPoint mouse drivers)
