Default Hiding rows in Finish Schedules

I have created a finish schedule but I would like to hide the rows with information on areas I am not working on. I can see that you can hide columns and it looks like you can hide rows. But nothing happens when I am trying to pick rows to hide.

    I probably missed something simple.

You'll need to use filters (View Properties > Filters) to hide rows. If they have a common value (ie - I want to hide everything on Level 2), then you can use one of the existing parameters (Level + does not equal + "Level 2"). If they are just random rooms, you may want to add a text or yes/no parameter and filter by that.
